A new cultural hub for San Lorenzo Nuovo: library, coworking space, and auditorium

The former Multi‑Purpose Center will be transformed into a space dedicated to culture and innovation

Among the most significant interventions of the Ideal Vegetal City project is the restoration of the former Multi‑Purpose Center of the Episcopal Curia, which is set to become a new cultural hub for San Lorenzo Nuovo.

The building will host an auditorium, a library, and coworking spaces, offering residents and visitors a place dedicated to culture, study, and shared work.

The architectural project also includes a vegetal façade and solutions aimed at improving energy efficiency, including the installation of photovoltaic panels.

As part of the broader village regeneration program funded by the PNRR, the cultural hub will become a reference point for events, gatherings, and creative activities throughout the Tuscia region.
